Rolling Ray, influencer and reality TV figure, dies at 28

Social media influencer and reality TV figure Rolling Ray has died, the network he worked with said on Instagram.

The influencer, whose real name is Raymond Harper, died Wednesday, Zeus Network said in a statement.

The death was reported Wednesday to the office of Maryland’s chief medical examiner, a spokesperson for the office said. The body was not taken to the office for an autopsy.

Details about Harper’s death were not immediately available Thursday morning.

Zeus Network, on which Harper appeared in a number of shows, including the reality dating competition “Bobby I Love You, Purrr,” said Harper was “gone way too soon” and called him the “BIG hearted, most Raw, & Real Friend.”

“Your Laughter, Light, & Loving Spirit will Live on FOREVER!” Zeus Network said in the Instagram statement. “You were Unapologetically & Authentically your TRUEST Self.”

Harper also appeared on the television shows “Catfish: Trolls” and “Divorce Court.”

Harper, who described himself in his Instagram bio as the “most famous boy inna wheelchair,” has 448,000 followers on the platform.

Cardi B posted a tribute on X, calling Harper a “menace” but noting “he changed soo much and became so positive.”

“I know that soul made it to heaven,” she wrote. “You will truly be missed BIG PURRRR!!!”
