Pinterest has published its latest overview of wedding trends, based on the many wedding-related searches that it caters to in the app.
Indeed, Pinterest says that it facilitates more than 3.8 billion wedding-related searches every year, giving it a massive scope of insight into the latest trends of interest around wedding ceremonies.
So if you’re planning your nuptials in 2025, you may want to take a look, while if you’re a marketer in a related field, these trend notes could help you highlight more relevant products for your promotions.
Pinterest’s full wedding trends overview highlights nine emerging trends, including brown-themed weddings:

A brown-colored, surreal flower wedding certainly sounds like it would stand out in people’s memories, and based on Pin searches, that could be exactly what people are looking for this year.
Other trending wedding themes include:

- Nature-inspired glam

- Nostalgic wedding looks
- Silver screen photography
So a combination of different approaches, mixed in with classic wedding concepts, with a range of smaller, but equally valuable trend insights in-between.
Pinterest has released its wedding trend overview as part of its “Wedding Week” promotion, which will also see it highlight products aligned with these trends.
Pinterest will also look to showcase a range of wedding-themed Pinterest boards, curated by fashion industry talent (including Naomi Yasuda and Nicole-Natassha Goulding) as well as “shoppable moments across every phase – from engagement to honeymoon.”
